Selected scholars in the eight-year will receive a scholarship that will consist of tuition assistance for four years funded through a range of grants and donations that complement need-based grants offered by public state schools and the federal government. Scholars must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale or minimum GPA of 4.0 on a 5.0 scale and must re-apply every year. Each scholar must agree and commit to a mandate describing common expectations for all students; which clearly communicates parameters for success in each successive year of school and outlines how students will learn, be assessed, and receive support.
